WHAT IS NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMING?

Neurolinguistic Programming started back in 1974 with the combined works of psychologist Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder, in order to comprehend the internal processes of change explained by the most acclaimed psychologists of the moment. Bandler and Grinder studied these techniques, codified them and adapted them for the common person. They called this NLP.

Each experience transforms the brain and we have the possibility to change these learned patterns and improve our future results. Neuroscience shows us that the brain has the ability to control thought and language to achieve both negative and positive results, which is why we need to ‘re-program’ our brain to achieve the desired results.

Change is a matter of technique rather than ability. We are able to change if we learn properly how to do so. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) shows us how to achieve this, and Life Coaching strengthens the motivation to do it.

WANT TO START THE CHANGE?

FOLLOW THESE 6 STEPS AND YOU WILL SEE HOW YOUR
‘EVERY-DAY’ WILL CHANGE POSITIVELY

  • RECONCILE WITH THE PAST

One of the main reasons we don’t move on in life is because we have not reconciled with our previous experiences and falls. Once you accept and forgive, you will start to see the future.

  • HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR HAPPINESS!

Nobody has control of your emotions but yourself. If you feel good by doing something right, then follow that path no matter what people say. Take control of your decisions.

  • TAKE YOUR TIME AND BE POSITIVE

You cannot control 10% of the situations that will happen in your day. However, 90% of how the rest of the day will go will depend on how you respond to these situations. If you take your time to make decisions wisely, everything will be fine.

  • GIVE TIME…SOME TIME

Medication cures many diseases, but for the emotional pain the best cure is time. Time heals absolutely everything! Life goes on. Enjoy the good moments, stay positive and everything will be alright.

  • STOP COMPARING YOUR LIFE.
    START LIVING IT

Every person has a different purpose in life. Live your own experience, find your own mission and achieve your own goals.

  • ENJOY LIFE

Relax, listen to yourself and stop thinking too much about everything. It’s ok to not know all the answers. When you least expect it, they will come.
